Lisanna’s photography, glass and land installations seek to inspire and bring joy through beauty. She seeks out the soul of a place, often returning again and again to the same rivers, mountains and pathways so she can witness their seasonal transformations. This process allows her to be deeply attuned to her surroundings, teaching her that nothing is static, that even the seemingly immovable mountain is alive and always changing.

Raised in Ottawa, schooled at Mount Allison University on the east coast and Capilano College on the west coast, Lisanna currently resides in the far north of Canada in the Yukon Territory.
